A PASSION FOR THEATRE!
Free Night of Theater is a national program, originally created by Theater Communications Group (TCG), the national organization for the American Theatre.
Free Night of Theater is currently supported by the LA Stage Alliance, which has been empowering artists and engaging audiences since 1975.
WELCOME TO FREE NIGHT!
Free Night of Theatre is a national program devised to help audience development and as a way for theatres to give back to their communities, showing what the arts are capable of.
Free Night of Theater started in 2005 with over 150 companies in Austin, Philadelphia, and San Francisco. That first year, almost 8,000 attendees participated around the country, viewing over 120 performances. Spotlighters has been participating since 2009 and is the only theatre in the state of Maryland currently participating in Free Night.
Entering is easy!
Starting on September 8th, 2013, just click ENTER TO WIN TICKETS at the top of the screen. You'll create a profile, and then see all the performances that Baltimore area theaters have made available to Free Night patrons. Select the top 3 performances that you'd like to see, and enter to win a pair of tickets! You can return to edit your entry at any time (and see if more performances have been offered!)
The window for entry ends at midnight October 10th. All entries will be finalized and the drawing will begin. By October 12th, you'll receive an email letting you know if you've won the tickets! It's that easy! (Even if you don't win the tickets, Spotlighters may contact you to make you other offers as Free Night Patrons - so you can't lose!)
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter to win tickets through Free Night.
